Gail Gessert, Ph.D., CEO/Founder Dr. Gessert envisioned EDUindex years ago, although it has not been until recently that the technological advances have been available to make it a reality. Having been Valedictorian of her high school, located near Washington D.C., Dr. Gessert took on a leadership capacity with her peers early on. She went on to become a teacher in her early years receiving a Bachelors Degree from the Education College, Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe. There, her mentor was Dr. Roy P. Doyle, who gained respectable notice regarding his theories on the non-graded classroom. While teaching, Dr. Gessert completed a Masters degree in Education, followed by earning a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology: Major in Learning & Development; Minor in Psychology; and Cognates in Research & Statistics and Computer Applications from the University of Arizona (UA). There, she was mentored by the esteemed Emeritus Professor, David C. Berliner, Ph.D., and the renowned John R. Bergan, Ph.D., President of Assessment Technology, Inc. (ATI). She has most recently taught online and as an adjunct for UA. In her early work career, Dr. Gessert helped develop and manage Regional NeuroRecovery centers and hence transitioned to executive management positions in Marcom & Business Development for High Tech and Media companies. She has been very successful with numerous start-ups, business mergers and acquisitions, and has assisted in IPOs as well as raising venture funds in later stage companies. Her associates and clients have included Google, Yahoo, Baidu, Fox, HP, Welk, Intel, U.S. Congress, Clinton Round Table, American Nurses Association, Women in Technology (WITI), and the Center for Excellence in Education (CEE). Charles L. (Larry) Kester, Data Engineer Mr. Kester has lived in Benson, AZ for the last 21 years. Steven Fullmer, IT Consultant and Auditor President of Blue Sphere Solutions Mr. Fullmer shares more than 28 years of architecture and development experience in the supercomputer, financial, security, telecommunications and Internet industries with companies such as Honeywell Large Computer Products, NEC Supercomputers, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, AG Communication Systems, and Lucent Technologies. Mr. Fullmer holds BA degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Willamette University, studied graduate level Neurochemistry at Arizona State University, and completed an MBA in Management and Services Marketing at Arizona State University in 1993 graduating first in his class.
