Gail Gessert, Ph.D., CEO/Founder
Dr. Gessert envisioned EDUindex years ago, although it has not been until recently that the technological advances have been available to make it a reality.  Having  been Valedictorian of her high school, located near Washington D.C., Dr. Gessert took on a leadership capacity with her peers early on.  She went on to become a teacher in her early years receiving a Bachelors Degree from the Education College, Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe.  There, her mentor was Dr. Roy P. Doyle, who gained respectable notice regarding his theories on the non-graded classroom.

While teaching, Dr. Gessert completed a Masters degree in Education, followed by earning a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology: Major in Learning & Development; Minor in Psychology; and Cognates in Research & Statistics and Computer Applications from the University of Arizona (UA).  There, she was mentored by the esteemed Emeritus Professor, David C. Berliner, Ph.D., and the renowned John R. Bergan, Ph.D., President of Assessment Technology, Inc. (ATI). She has most recently taught online and as an adjunct for UA.  

In her early work career, Dr. Gessert helped develop and manage Regional NeuroRecovery centers and hence transitioned to executive management positions in Marcom & Business Development for High Tech and Media companies. She has been very successful with numerous start-ups, business mergers and acquisitions, and has assisted in IPOs as well as raising venture funds in later stage companies.   Her associates and clients have included Google, Yahoo, Baidu, Fox, HP, Welk, Intel, U.S. Congress, Clinton Round Table, American Nurses Association, Women in Technology (WITI), and the Center for Excellence in Education (CEE).

It is this blend of high tech business, in-depth understanding of learning & statistics, experience with online education, and having an altruistic entrepreneurial spirit that drives her to improve the education system in preparation for tomorrow. 


Chad Hunley, Finance Director
Mr. Hunley has been the CFO of numerous companies ranging from property management to Health Care and is always looking for a new challenge in reporting and tracking new revenue models.  He has been creating spreadsheet solutions for over 25 years and builds complex software solutions with macros on a regular basis. Mr. Hunley is an individual who is dedicated to his career goals as well as those of the corporation for which he works. He has proven himself successful in a variety of environments, and has received many accolades regarding performance. 


Lee Cummings, Director IT

Mr. Cummings comes to EDUindex as our Director of Software Applications and IT from a very skillful and prestigious background as an Oracle expert. In addition, Mr. Cummings has extensive knowledge in HTML SOAP,PLSQL, T-SQL,PHP, COLD FUSION, SHELL SCRIPTING, PERL,AJAX, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, XML.  Additionally he has in-depth knowledge of HTML SOAP,PLSQL, T-SQL,PHP, COLD FUSION, SHELL SCRIPTING, PERL,AJAX, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, XML and other web technologies. His posts have included HeatUSA, Oracle Corp.. Avanta Corp, CMP Media, and Magnuset in addition to consulting engagements with large Fortune companies like GE.


Charles L. (Larry) Kester, Data Engineer
Mr. Kester has lived in Benson, AZ for the last 21 years. In that time he has been involved in County Literacy programs and teaching computer classes for all levels of students. He also operates a local computer consulting business (CL Kester Consulting).  

Prior to moving to Benson, Mr. Kester worked in all phases of business IT from 1967-1986, last as DP Manager for a Southern California water company.  He offers extreme problem solution capabilities with the data engineering background to solve the most complex problems. 


Anna McGeagh, M.Ed. Curriculum Specialist

Ms. McGeagh joins EDUindex as Curriculum Specialist.  Her skills include Teacher training, Report preparation, Statistical analysis, Project management, and Creative strategic leadership.  Ms. McGeagh currently is an adjunct faculty member of Brookline College wherein her duties include curriculum design.  She teaches Psychology, Justice Administration, and Business among other classes.

Her past posts have included Research Solutions Educational Consulting, K-12 Program Training & Management for Scantron Corp.,  Adjunct Faculty for Northern Arizona University, and working for Tucson Unified School District. Ms. McGeagh has written numerous publications and has served on multiple professional committees including State AIMS, State Accountability and Tutoring and State Advisory Committee. 

In addition to having completed all coursework towards a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona (UA) emphasizing Research, Measurement and Statistics with specialty areas in Teaching Learning & Development, Ms. McGeah holds a B.S. in Psychology from Ball State in Muncie, Indiana and an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona.


Dave White, Director of Marketing

Dave White comes to EDUindex in the capacity of Director of Marketing with a 25 year history in Marketing and Advertising, with an emphasis on technical implementations. Mr. White’s experience includes developing marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients utilizing direct mail, direct response, print media, video and electronic media. Mr. White has created advertising and marketing collateral using numerous design and production applications including: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe InDesign. He is proficient with video and sound editing applications including Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Sonic Forge and Sonic Acid. Mr. White also has extensive experience writing advertising and technical copy as well as working as a consulting art director for professional photographers and videographers.

Dave has owned and operated his own advertising agency for the majority of his career. Dave White Multimedia has created marketing strategies for a wide variety of businesses including web-based advertising programs, SEO and PPC considerations, video for marketing and internet, graphic designs including logos, print media, corporate branding and other visual media for advertising purposes, and tradeshow display colleteral.

Mr. White’s specialty education includes:
Google Engage Affiliate; California State University at San Marcos, San Marcos, CA 2000; Member, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society; Voice and Video, August 1991 Advanced Television Production program.


Michael Bonfils, Marketing & Sales Consultant
President of International Media Management, Corp.
International Media Management, Corp. holds two subsidiaries, Hyper Interactive, an online marketing integration & consultancy firm and SEM International/WebCertain LLC, specializing in providing international search engine marketing management services for global advertising agencies and Fortune 1000 firms. Mr. Bonfils is a contributor to internet marketing technology and trends, having contributed his time to national publications and events such as WITI and Webmasterworld's Pubcon.

Previously, Mr. Bonfils was the founder of a successful internet contextual advertising agency which was sold in 2004. Mr. Bonfils has spent the last 12 years at the forefront of helping pioneer best practices in global search engine marketing, integrated metric solutions and innovation in technology advertising. He sits on the board of directors for many organizations including the TechBiz Connection and is the former VP Communications for the American Marketing Association (SOCAL).

His company services over 150 clients worldwide and currently operates and has offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Bonfils specialties include management, marketing, advertising, media buying, consulting, search engine optimization, SEM, SEO, international search marketing, mobile marketing, incubation servicing, national speaker, national moderator, web 2.0, online marketing, web metrics, innovation technology, and social media marketing.  



Steven Fullmer, IT Consultant and Auditor
President of Blue Sphere Solutions
Mr. Fullmer shares more than 28 years of architecture and development experience in the supercomputer, financial, security, telecommunications and Internet industries with companies such as Honeywell Large Computer Products, NEC Supercomputers, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, AG Communication Systems, and Lucent Technologies.

Mr. Fullmer holds BA degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Willamette University, studied graduate level Neurochemistry at Arizona State University, and completed an MBA in Management and Services Marketing at Arizona State University in 1993 graduating first in his class.

Being certified as a Project Management Professional Steven is an active member of Phoenix Project Management Institute leadership and founding vice president for the Phoenix Chapter of the Internal Institute of Business Analysis. Mr. Fullmer regularly manages projects based upon his analysis into practical application. He is currently president of Blue Sphere Solutions, providing outsourced CTO services to emergent and growth oriented businesses, and a systems instructor/consultant for Interface Technical Training delivering CompTIA and Project Management certification courses.

Steven is an internationally published author with contributions to InformIT, Dr. Dobbs Journal, and One Planet Magazine.  For four years he has been the primary analyst for Evans Data Corporation North American, APAC, EMEA and Wireless developer surveys as well as conducting custom research and writing across a broad range of technology topics.

Mr. Fullmer is also active in his community with more than 38 years as a leader for the Boy Scouts of America, past president of the Heard Museum Council, and as a federally licensed wildlife rehabilitator and former department lead with Liberty Wildlife Rehabilitation Foundation. 


Bruce Heck, International Consultant
CEO of Arenatek
From a vast experience including providing communications infrastructure to the US military for Desert Storm, to virtual reality in the entertainment industry, Mr. Heck has been a part of the dynamically changing technology world for more than fifteen years. With senior leadership roles Mr. Heck has worked extensively in business strategy, finance, technology, and start-ups. Mr. Heck had previously been a member of the board as well as Chief Technology Officer for a global family-oriented gaming service which included strategy and planning of global broadband, satellite and software encryption services as well as the implementation of multi-host, multi-platform e-commerce systems throughout Europe and the United States. 

More recently, Mr. Heck worked as Worldwide IT Director for The Lowe Group, a global advertising concern, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE:IPG) in charge of IT strategy and implementation as it grew from 12,000 staff in 80 offices over 30 countries to over 190 offices in over 80 countries. He also oversaw the Israeli technology group, Gameplay Technologies, who created industry leading products in the areas of ITV, Broadband and online family gaming. Since that time, Mr. Heck has work in interim management providing services to clients including Pixel Technologies (Tel Aviv), Sterford Ltd (London), Firstnet Services - now Pipex (UK) and AOL (Dulles / Tel Aviv) and Buongiorno (Paris), a provider of communities to mobile operators in over 13 countries throughout Europe including Vodafone, Orange, O2, SFR, Bouygues, Universal Mobile, Orange World, Proximus, Mobistar, E-Plus, O2-DE, Vodafone-D2, Wind, and Telefonica.
